Delivery is made within 3-7 business days.

Delivery to Mailbox
When delivering to a mailbox, it is especially important that you provide the correct registered name and address. Incorrect information may lead to delays or the package getting lost.

Returns
If you wish to return your order, you have a 14-day return policy. 

To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition as when received, as well as in the original packaging.

Uncollected Packages
If a package is sent to the wrong address or is not picked up in time from the service point, a fee of 20€ will be charged.
