Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened, unused, with all tags/seals intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are not accepted for custom-made items, such as jewelry with custom measurements or engraved products.
How to Make a Return
- Contact us at info@indossa.se to initiate your return.
- If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the item back.
- Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense. Returns must be sent via tracked mail.

Damages and Issues
When you receive your order, please inspect the items carefully. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost packages if incorrect address or delivery information was provided at the time of ordering.
Note
We only offer exchanges for discounted products or purchases made with gift cards. Open returns apply only to items purchased at regular prices.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the current item and making a separate purchase for the new product once the return has been accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. A fee of 10€ will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and transaction fees.
